Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of software products sold by AITSimple (aitsimple.com), operated by Amit B., an individual software developer based in Israel.
By downloading, installing, or using any AITSimple product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Products & Licensing
AITSimple products are sold as annual software licenses. A license grants you the right to use the software on the number of machines specified at purchase, for the duration of the license period.
- Each license is tied to a specific machine via hardware ID (HWID)
- Licenses may not be transferred, resold, or shared
- Some products offer a permanent free tier with limited functionality and no expiry
- Some products offer a time-limited free trial (typically 7 days) with full functionality
- Paid licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and renew automatically
Try Before You Buy
Every AITSimple product includes a free tier or free trial. We strongly recommend verifying that the software works in your environment before purchasing. This is by design — we do not believe in selling blind.
The free tier of AITMonitor, for example, supports up to 5 servers with full functionality and no time limit. Use it to confirm the software meets your needs before upgrading.
Refund Policy
AITSimple products are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a license key has been issued and activated, the product has been delivered in full.
Refunds are not available after license activation. This is consistent with standard practice for digital software products under Israeli consumer protection law (Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, Section 14c), which permits exclusion of the cancellation right for digital goods that have been made available to the consumer.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described, contact us at [email protected] before activating your license. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your license remains active until the end of the current paid period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AITSimple products are provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The software relies on standard Windows infrastructure (WMI, RDP, Windows services). It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your environment using the free tier before purchasing.
Activated licenses require periodic internet connectivity to reach the AITSimple license server (license.aitsimple.com) for validation. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is accessible from the machine running the software. A grace period of up to 7 days is provided for temporary connectivity loss.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITSimple and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
Total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the license in question.
Privacy
AITSimple products do not collect telemetry or send usage data to any server. The license system collects only what is necessary to validate your license: a hardware identifier (HWID), machine name, and the license key itself.
Purchase information (name, email) is handled by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
